John Kerry claims we missed a chance to capture Osama bin Laden at Tora Bora because we outsourced (mismanaged) the job. Dick Cheney calls this “absolute garbage”. However, way back in April of 2002, the Washington Post wrote: “U.S. Concludes Bin Laden Escaped at Tora Bora Fight” and placed the blame on military commanders who allowed the Afghan Northern Alliance to do the fighting instead of American military. The New York Times reports: “Republican Party officials in Ohio took formal steps yesterday to place thousands of recruits inside polling places on Election Day to challenge the qualifications of voters they suspect are not eligible to cast ballots.”
