Republicans for Kerry

Over at the Republicans for Kerry web site, we learn that Ohioan Ed Tovey has been a staunch Republican since 1980. When George W. Bush was elected, Tovey began keeping track of how Bush did on each one of his promises. Tovey’s conclusion? Bush failed on every single promise that Tovey tracked.
